Bayside renovation, 2002 of a bachelor pad in the smallest imaginable unit.

We’d been recommended to Duncan, and surpassing his expectations was our mission, with functional stylish bathroom and kitchen renovation, all the more to enjoy the magnificent Moreton Bay views from Cedar St in Wynnum. He owned a second floor “tiny” 2 bed one bath unit. Confronted with a modest size bathroom and kitchen, in addition he challenged us with squeezing laundry into bathroom. The compact bathroom floor plan, in duct cistern with shower truncated to conceal existing 100mm soil pipe, taps and water in duct worked a treat.
