Joan hadn’t been well, but was determined to fix her house after years of deterioration. Tired of leaking rusty gutters, rotten weatherboards, sagging gates and stumps just before covid shutdown. Joan was so pleased with our first stage repairs, she had us come back to replace a fixed glass window. It’d been annoying her for 40 years!
Working into first Covid shutdown a year ago, was very uncertain times.
We’d removed large fixed glass panel to get accurate measurements for casement remake, as window sill was rotten, sides both out of level.
Woodworkers joinery custom made three casements in record time, so we could secure Joan’s house.
That’s was almost a year ago, her friend Rob told me she’s still delighted, enjoying the breezes and glad we were able to open up her veranda.
